Snow. Lots of snow.
This took surprisingly less time than I expected.
The black silhouette from Ponies-For-Everpony's icon, that needed to be included in the image as part of the rules, is in two places. Sneakily it is in bottom right corner, in the background as a bush, but also as a light through the clouds type thing. I don't really know what the thinking behind that was. Originally I had planned for the icon in the sky to be subtle, and the bush to be more noticeable. Funny how things turn out sometimes.

A very beautiful image indeed showing the blizzard weather in such a way that one may understand Princess Platinums whin... err... voicing rightful complaints about the hardships of the way a little better
